My friends Melba and Carl from Rockford, Illinois, brought their friend Rita to see Elvis impersonator Matt King on Friday night in Mason and on Saturday there was a contest. They told me there was some great acts not just of Elvis but Roy Oberson, Conway Twitty and even Toby Keith. They go all over the Country seeing these acts. They also came on Thursday night to Sunday. Great guests always wanting to help. Melba brought me some new cookbooks and some great recipes from different B & B’s she stayed at.
Eight ladies from Findlay, Ohio came to stay in the Green House. They were cross-stitchers and enjoyed themselves sitting around the fireplace, watching movies and talking. They get together once a month at a shop and enjoy each others company. There work is beautiful it just is time consuming! Thanks Phyllis for bringing the group again.
